1.Withstand high temperature, high pressure and corrosion.
The main advantages of metal flow meter is the capability to measure high temperature、high pressure fluid. It can measure fluids or gases with temperature up to 400℃ and pressure up to 70MPa.
Under such circumstance, float position can’t be seen directly. So a magnetic induction display is adopted
to indicate the flow value. The flow meters are made of high grade stainless steel. Some of them are lined
with industrial rubber so as to measure corrosive fluid.
2.Have a wide range of application.
Flexible design is available according to the technological flow parameters. For example, jacketed insulation
flow meter is suitable for situation as follows: the media tend to crystallization and solidification on the
condition of low temperature; in order to prevent the cryogenic fluid absorbing heat from the outside; the floater
work poor caused by decreasing temperature when the fluid in pipe of temperature higher than the room flow through
the flow meter; there is special requests about influences of obvious changes of fluid viscosity. Damping flow meter
is suitable for large flow pulsation. The interlayer in the jacked insulation can be vacuum to achieve the purpose
of heat insulation and let the heat steam flow through the interlayer also can achieve the same purpose. A fin is
installed in the front of indicator when measuring high temperature fluid.
3.Flexible connection
Metal flow meter can meet different pipeline installation conditions. Inlet and outlet structure can be vertical
bottom in and side out, or vertical bottom in and top out, horizontal side in and side out, and side in and side
back.etc. Custom design of inlet and outlet is available.
4.Remote measurement and control, intelligent operation
Usually, metal flow meter doesn’t have auxiliary power supply on the spot. The needle also indicates flow value
without external power supply. In general, the indicator is equipped with Modular remote analog signal output
interface(4mA~20mA) or even more advanced HART communication protocol compatible digital interface, which can
demarcate and test the Transmitter linearity with the help of manual operation or PC programming mode or adjust
locale parameters and combine with computer to carry out the remote measurement and control.
