Structure principle of metal tube flow meter
Initially developed metal taper tube flow meter can be used under the environment of high temperature and pressure,
measuring various fluids which are corrosive, flammable and harmful to both human beings and environment. Metal tube
flow meter and glass tube flow meter are in the same of measuring principle. The major difference is the way of flow
indication. Flow value of glass tube flow meter is directly engraved on the surface of transparent glass tube. The
floater stays at a certain position that flow value is easy to point out. Metal tube flow meter is designed to withstand
high pressure, temperature and aggressive media. Under such circumstance, float position can’t be seen directly. So
a magnetic induction display is adopted. The floater installed a permanent magnet is floating free with the changes
of magnetic induction. Meanwhile the needle also changes.
